Volunteers the “nuts and bolts” of helping others in community

Orange City Council is reigniting their push for new volunteers to be involved in the Council’s numerous initiatives.  Allan Reeder, Council Communications Officer, said that there are 30 community committees looking for expertise and there are a range of activities with hundreds of volunteers working in the area. 

The ‘Choices at Home’ volunteer initiative supports residents to be able to stay longer in their own home through phone calls and shopping support.
