With funding from Wentworth Healthcare Ltd., Leep is delivering digital literacy services in Lithgow to support communities affected by drought. Digital literacy can improve access to mental health services, access to drought relief funding and information, improve social connectivity and facilitate cost savings.

Leep has been offering one-on-one basic digital literacy support at Lithgow Workies every Thursday, which has closed for the holiday period and will be recommencing in February 2020. In the New Year, they will also be delivering workshops on how technology can benefit communities during the drought, focusing on different topics such as money-saving, accessing services and drought relief. For more information on attending mentoring sessions, or group workshops, please contact the Leep office on 1300 163 106 from 6 January 2020.
