Dubbo businesses to benefit by new network infrastructure and increased internet capacity

The NSW Government Gig State Project has funded a $100 million grant for bringing faster, more reliable networking to the Dubbo region.

Investment in infrastructure and capacity for Dubbo’s connectivity are expected to benefit local businesses and the community by improving the service quality, decreasing price, and creating more choices. This investment is one more step towards closing the gap in connectivity between metro and regional areas in NSW. The project will begin in the coming months, with Parkes and Cobar also to benefit.
