Learners can call us on (02) 4721 1866 or 1300 163 106 to make a booking. You can also re-book with your Tech Mate at the end of each remote or face-to-face session. If you would like to refer a learner you can do so here.

Yes, this program is free. Leep welcomes donations if you are able to afford them. No donation is too small.

Some of our Nepean Area Programs are supported by the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). You can view this CHSP Contribution Framework here.

Whether you’re attending face-to-face sessions or online sessions you will need to bring your own device. We can help you with your mobile phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.

No, you are able to book in whenever you like. We do believe that weekly sessions are the best way to learn and retain information. Many Learners like to take notes during sessions which is beneficial. We also recommend that you practise what you have learned in between sessions.

We can help you learn basic skills on your device/s. The most common skills people come to Leep to learn include: navigating a device, emailing, texting, using apps, social media and the internet as well as managing files and troubleshooting problems.

Our Tech Mates can only support you to learn skills. We are not able to help with fixing a broken device or assist with hardware issues.

Leep understands that things can happen unexpectedly so please call us on (02) 4721 1866 or 1300 163 106 to cancel your session. We can contact your Tech Mate on your behalf. If you have contact with your Tech Mate you can get in touch with them to cancel and reschedule your session directly.
